The site http://mobile.cellebrum.com is rather not well known SMS Service Provider in this domain but offers good sms related functionalities & features.Perhaps they lack good SEO or Market promotion plan.I could even get to know through some references.I have chosen this SMS Service Provider site for my first review.

Features summary that i reviewed about this site is as below :

• Registration is Free and Password is delivered on registered mobile number.It was quite fast at least for delivery of my password as sms.
  
  
• They provide you FREE 50 SMS Credits on registration which can be utilized to sned SMS or downloading Polyphonic Ringtones/Wallpapers/Screen Savers etc. Local SMS Sending(in India, as this site & company is from India ) costs 1 sms credit and international sms (outside india) costs 2 credits.
  
  
• When you exhaust your free credits , additional credits can be bought as cheap as USD 0.01 per credit(i.e. 50 international sms in one USD, not a bad deal).
  
  
• Feature which impressed me most is "Sent Folder" which allows you to check delivery status of your message or reason(might not be immediate) if its undelivered e.g. Switched Off, Message Capacity Full etc.
  
  
• One can maintain an Address Book and can create SMS Groups to save time in sending sms.
  
  
• Another feature which is very handy especially for developers or Workflow Integrators is quite easy to use HTTP based API to send sms from within your custom applications.
  
  
• This site also offer service of Bulk SMS. Though they didn't elaborate much on Bulk SMS Service on site, but they are known be number one Bulk SMS Provider in India for International traffic. They have given contact details on their website to ask for Business Quote for the same.
  

I would recommend this SMS Provider site for small business setups who can directly use existing interface for their sms needs as well as for SMS workflow Integrators or SMS Marketing.

I didn't check delivery to all globe, but if reaches your target destination fine(from your 50 free SMS Credits), it is worth attention and experimentation.Its quite cost effective if your whole attention is SMS Marketing for your service/business.
